When you setup an interview using Connect Now, you have the option to choose whether to invite participants via email or mobile number. The participant/s will receive an email or SMS invite with a link and can join immediately from any device without downloading any apps or software. You can use Connect Now during an interview and in the lobby before the start of a scheduled interview.
